The views from the rear of this holiday villa where the pool is located are simply stunning.
The entrance of this Cyprus holiday villa leads to a small hall with a cloakroom and then to a comfortable lounge. An all newlly renovated sitting room with comfy sofas and brand new kitchen and facilities along site an outsite dinning area with a BBQ make this area very relaxing. The master bedroom suite is situated on this level and its fully air-conditioned. A double bed with a large bathroom and a two person Jacuzzi and a separate sauna will make your holidays unforgettable.
On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a twin with a private balcony and stunning views. The second is a double bedroom with its private balcony and en-suite bathroom.
Outside this Cyprus holiday villa you will find a little oasis with spacious terraces surrounding the infinity pool. The pool has a bar built in with seating’s. A stone Jacuzzi on the side of the pool makes this villa a dream come true. Outside this luxury holiday villa there is a barbeque and a clay oven for pizzas and cooking.

-A reservation is valid and confirmed once the payment is done by the Visitor and is accepted by the owner. A confirmation email will always be send to the Visitor.
- All holiday villas have a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights.
- No parties or events are allowed at the villas without the prior consent of the owner.
- The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed at the time of the booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not respected or evict the guests from the villa if the number of persons occupying the property exceeds the stated maximum amount at anytime.

Failure to vacate all or part of the property by the requested time may result in further charges.
Prior to your arrival you will be given details of the person waiting for you at the property or details on key collection and who your contact person will be during your stay.
Liability and Insurance: Our agency does not accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure personal and travel insurance is taken out.
Insurance
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. Some Suppliers require that you do so. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.

A deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to the visitor/guest.
The remaining amount is payable at least 40 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy : Strict free cancelation with in 48 hour only
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email and will take effect on the day we receive it. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
