Ground Floor
On entering through the large double doors, the 1st thing to strike you will be the elegant winging stairway, along with the polished marble floors. To your right hand side you will find the vast spacious lounge, equipped with leather sofas, flat screen TV, satellite TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. To your left you will find the elegant dining area, vast fully equipped kitchen and a small utility room. The kitchen opens out onto a large balcony looking straight to the sea. From the kitchen area you will also access the amazing private barbeque verandah with traditional Cypriot barbeque, outdoor dining table, plumbed water and electricity to satisfy even the most discerning chefs. Enjoy the amazing sea view or sunsets whilst dining alfresco cool drinks in hand. Down a number of steps you will access the private garage with direct access to the house. The ground floor also has a twin bedroom and a full bathroom next to it.
First Floor
On ascending the winding staircase you enter a bright and airy landing with amazing sea view through the full length glass wall. Here you will find the master bedroom with walk in wardrobes, en-suite, king size bed and massive private balcony. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room again with a massive private balcony with sea view. The 3rd bedroom is a double bedroom with a small private balcony with mountain views. Both the 2nd & 3rd bedroom share a full bathroom. There is also a mini kitchen on the upper floor with sink, 2 ring hob and a mini fridge.
Outside area
Outside you will find your private swimming pool surrounded by manicured gardens. The gardens have been planted with orange and lemon trees, as well as roses and tropical plants. All in all, Villa Stalo is sure to delight even the most discerning of holiday makers.

Coast/Beach
The famous blue flag award Coral Bay Beach, is found just 2.5km distance from the villa. Just 200m from the villa you will find Paliomonastirio bar & restaurant, with its childern’s playground and botanical gardens. Although not necessary, (the bus stop is directly outside the villa) we highly recommend the hiring of a car, which will greatly enhance the options available on your holiday. Should you wish to opt for airport transfers, we can sort this for you also.
The beautiful beach resort of Coral Bay is often described as the best bay on the west of the island. And it’s no surprise, when you consider the calm turquoise sea, dipping gently into some of the clearest off shore diving space in the Mediterranean, the scattered palm trees, the 600 meters of soft white sand and, in summertime, the almost cloudless blue skies. Coral Bay is a 5 minute walk from the villa.

Akamas National Park
Located in the west of Cyprus the Akamas National Park is possibly the most picturesque corner of the island. Covering approximately 230 square kilometers the Akamas peninsula is where you will find wild landscape, amazing natural beauty, deep gorges, and wide sandy bays. The diversity of wildlife is of outstanding ecological importance for the Mediterranean and the wide variety of fauna is certainly impressive. Here you can find 168 different varieties of birds, 12 different mammals, 20 different reptiles and 16 different species of butterfly.
The importance of the Akamas Peninsula is recognized far beyond the shores of Cyprus. The European Council has included the Akamas Peninsula within its Mediterranean protection programme and within Cyprus; Friends of the Earth and Greenpeace are campaigning hard for the Akamas Peninsula to be declared a National Park.
