On the ground floor there is a lounge and dining room overlooking the pool and terrace. A large well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Bedroom 1 - master double bedroom, private terrace with views of the pool and sea, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sea and mountain views. Bedroom 3 - twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, mountain views. There is ample wardrobe space in all bedrooms. The TV has limited channels. There is also a DVD and CD player. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and heating for the cooler months.
Notes to the accommodation :Outside there is a private swimming pool 26ft x 13ft depth 0.9m - 1.9m walk in steps. Built in barbecue and shaded terrace, furnished for outdoor dining. Large well maintained gardens.

A deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to the visitor/guest.
The remaining amount is payable 45 days before arrival.
For bookings made within 45 days of the booking start date, 50% payment of the total rental cost is required to be paid at the time of booking, and the remaining amount (balance) two weeks before arrival.
For bookings made within two weeks of the booking start date the full amount of the total rental cost is required to be paid.

Other transport
Cancellation of booking:
- If you cancel the booking up to 2 months before the arrival date, you lose the deposit amount (30%)
- If you cancel the booking between 2 months to 2 weeks before the arrival date you have to pay 50% of the total amount
- If you cancel the booking less than 2 weeks before the arrival date you have to pay 100% of the total amount
If we cancel your holiday
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you a accommodation of a similar or higher standard, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking under the following circumstances:
If the client or one of the persons within the group or family consciously damage the house or the facilities of the house. In this case the remaining rental price will not be refunded. If the deposit or full balance is not paid by the required date and no answer is received after sending a reminder with a fixed deadline.
