This luxury villa is situated at the entrance of Lithos Village. It offers privacy for your holidays being surrounded with beautiful gardens. The views from the rear of this holiday villa are stunning. This is where the pool and terraces are situated enjoying the nice view to the sea in the distance.
Superb woodwork is what you will notice in the inside of the spacious hall. You will be impressed by the tiling and attention to detail in this holiday villa. To the left of this villa there is a well furnished lounge with leather suites. This features a stone fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a Sony Play station 2. On the right of the entrance you can find the three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a twinwith a shower and an en-suite bathroom. The second is a double with the most attractive en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom suite with stunning views of the surrounding area. The en-suite bathroom is nicely fitted with a large bath with shower and a WC. On this level you have also access to the roof terrace with views towards Coral Bay sea area.
The pool is located on the rear of this luxury villa together with a brick built barbecue. To the opposite end of the pool in a located the Jacuzzi hot tub, a perfect place for relaxing and watching the glorious sunsets.

A deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to the visitor/guest.
The remaining amount is payable at least 40 days before arrival.
